Being one of the most popular cuts of meat in the world, pork chops are readily available everywhere. They are good if you fry them, bake them or grill them. They are the perfect combination of meat, fat and bone, all in one cut. If you’re a fan of this cut, you’ll be even more so when you try these delicious pork chop recipes!

Chops in White Delight

What do you need:

  • 4 pieces. Bone-in pork chops

  • 1 can of creamy mushroom soup

  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing and seasoning mix

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • cooking spray

Sprinkle ranch dressing and seasoning mix on both sides of each chop and place in a crock pot sprayed with cooking spray. For mushroom soup on pork. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours on low heat. When done, transfer the meat to a plate, leaving the sauce in the pot. Combine the cornstarch and water in a bowl then pour the mixture into the crock pot. Stir, cover, and cook until thickened, about 3 to 5 minutes on low. For sauce over pork chops to serve.

Gravylicious Cutlets

What do you need:

  • 4 pieces. bone-in pork chops

  • 1 can low sodium chicken broth

  • 1 can of low-sodium chicken cream

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 3 tablespoons of cold water

  • 1 small package onion soup mix

  • 1 small package dry pork gravy mix

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and pork gravy mix in a slow cooker. Stir to combine the ingredients well. Season the meat with garlic powder and place in the pot. Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on low heat. In the last few minutes of cooking, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl and pour the mixture into the pot. Stir gently and coat the meat with the sauce. Change the setting to high and cook for another 30 minutes.

Salted cutlets with honey

What do you need:

  • 6 pieces pork chops

  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • salt and ground black pepper

In a bowl, combine the garlic, vegetable broth, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Season the meat with garlic powder, salt, and pepper then place in a slow cooker. To mix on meat. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours on low heat. Remove meat from pot when done. Combine the cornstarch with water and then add to the sauce. Cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes on low heat until the sauce has thickened. To serve, for sauce over chops.
