I’ll take a wild guess and assume your answer is option #2. Well, the truth is, there are plenty of high-quality career prospects right in your own backyard. People like real estate agents, financial planners, sales professionals, small business owners, brokers, and hotel managers.

These are some of your best MLM prospects because they are already used to working and making money on their own production or leading a team. They are simply doing what MLMers do in a different environment. Many of the top earners in the history of network marketing have similar backgrounds. These are not people who are afraid to invest $300-700 dollars to sign up for your MLM deal. Go ahead, aim at them.

How can you do that?

There are many ways to do this. One is that you can grab people’s business cards on cork boards at any car wash or gas station, or any supermarket where there are cork boards. Professionals ALWAYS leave their business cards there because they are looking for more business and sales. Take those cards and call them. Simply ask them if they are willing to support a project if it doesn’t interfere with what they are currently doing. Also try to find “For Sale” signs on houses when you drive and write down the names and numbers. Or just talk to the professionals you already know in your warm market. Just ask them if they are open.

Events such as “millionaire mind”, Robert Kioyasaki events, self-improvement growth, etc. Many of these events are low cost or even FREE and you will find many people who are like-minded and at least trying to make things happen in their lives. Meet them and grab their business cards. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOURS! Grab yours and follow up with them soon after.
