What Does Blue Prism Handle

Blue Prism is the leading enterprise automation tool that enables companies to automate repetitive and rule-based back-office tasks in a more agile and cost-effective way. It makes use of a ‘Digital Workforce’ which delivers better accuracy, security, compliance and resilience.

Object Studio is an important tool that is used to create blue prism training processes by generating a business flow diagram of the processes with reusable objects that are further controlled in the Process Layer situated on top of the Object Studio interface. It allows users to insert, sequence and test business logic, control loops, variables and object calls in a visible process.

It also offers an integrated approach to developing processes using reusable Blue Prism elements, which can be reused repeatedly and implemented with existing applications as well as external applications. The Object Studio interface provides easy access to a wide range of reusable elements, including those from the Blue Prism library and others created by the company or its IT staff.

What Does Blue Prism Handle in Terms of Data Management and Processing?

A business object is an entity that defines a single business process, such as billing, or a group of business processes, such as the sales order or medical claims processing. A business object contains information that is relevant to the process, such as process steps, business rules and user-defined actions. It can also contain a process validation button that opens the Process Validation window.

This button opens a diagnostics dialog that categorizes issues as Error, Warning or Advice and then recommends an action to resolve them. It also lists the type of issue that it can repair.

The Data Item is a blue prism tutorial element that stores values such as text, numbers and dates. It can act as a placeholder for the value that it is storing, and it can also be used to perform calculations.

An Exception is another Blue Prism element that allows us to define specific exceptions in an automated process. Exceptions are raised in the event that there is a failure in an operation. They can be triggered from any of the Blue Prism elements and they can be retried in the event that they cannot be resolved on the first attempt.

Scheduler is a Blue Prism element that allows you to schedule the execution of the Blue Prism processes at certain intervals. You can also choose to retry the scheduled execution if the resource is offline or has been disconnected due to some reason.

IPA is an intelligent workflow automation platform that enables organizations to process content-dependent business processes such as accounts payable, medical claims, sales order processing and more. It combines AI and Machine Learning with Intelligent Data Capture to help Blue Prism users automate document-based processes that are traditionally manual-driven.

It has a robust set of features such as load balancing, data encryption, and end-to-end auditing. It also has an intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes it easy to build and execute processes with the tool.
