Your boyfriend leaves and comes back again and again. You are so tired of it. He almost feels like your heart is at the end of a yo-yo string, doesn’t it? Any time a woman allows a man to constantly leave her and then she takes him back, she is sending him a very strong and unflattering message about herself. She’s telling him it’s not worth it. A woman who allows this to happen in her relationship is essentially announcing that she sees herself as worthless. She will allow her man to continually disrespect her just because she loves him so much. If you are doing this, your boyfriend has little or no respect for you. He can’t because you can’t respect yourself very much either.

You’re better than the way he’s treating you. You have to change it now. If you’re in the midst of one of your many breakups right now, then there’s no better time than the present to take a step in a more positive direction. Instead of waiting impatiently for him to get tired of whoever he’s seeing right now to come back to you, let him know that you won’t be waiting for him this time. You could tell him that, but it’s not going to have the same impact as if you showed it to him.

Call your ex boyfriend and tell him that you would like to talk to him. Don’t sound melodramatic or angry. He sounds like yourself. He chooses a public place in the middle of the afternoon. A coffee shop works great for this. Then take a shopping bag and fill it with the things he left at your house. It can be anything from clothing to DVDs to your toothbrush. Anything that belongs to him and that you still have in your possession should be in that bag. Then show up to the meeting looking amazing.

What you are about to say to your boyfriend will surely surprise him because you are just occupying his time until you get back. Tell him you wanted to put the past behind you, so you thought he’d appreciate having his stuff. Then wish him well and go. You absolutely must be calm and in control when doing this. Don’t cry or you’ll risk ruining the whole plan. Instead, smile, laugh a little, and walk away without looking back.

Once your boyfriend feels the sting of your rejection, he’ll seriously think about what he’s been up to. You’ve essentially left him forever right there and any man who has lingering feelings for her girl won’t let her get away. He will come crawling back, but this time it will be different. This time it will be forever.
