If you love science fiction and haven’t read Heinlein, then let me recommend an excellent book, it’s one of many in a series of classics by this storied science fiction author. The book is:

Robert Heinlein has always been considered one of the greatest science fiction authors ever, and he was an extremely prolific author, and while not as prolific as, say, Isaac Asmiov, he left his mark on the science fiction community.

In this story, Lazarus Long and other family members appear on the scene after the fall and revolutionary riots of his book 2100. In this book, America once again represents something very much like the time of our Founding Fathers, but This all changes as everyone finds out about the ultra-long lifespan of the few. Now everyone wants to know the secret of their genetics and they will do nothing to avoid finding out how they can live so long.

Of course, in the end they escape the planet to get away from the madness that all this has caused. As they travel through space they meet all kinds of intelligent beings and our author goes into detail about these encounters and how they are able to travel so far and so fast through the Galaxy. I would recommend this book if you’re a fan of Robert Heinlein, but if you’re not and if you like science fiction, you should check it out anyway. Please consider this.
