Having a peak experience seems to occur in the time-free zone of present moment awareness, a glorious transcendent moment that is the stuff of true miracles.

Being in the moment is utter bliss and euphoria. These moments when time seems to stand still are extraordinary and are often compared to spiritual awakening events.

The truth of true miracles cannot accompany us anywhere in the future or in the past, because neither exists. Only in our separate and fragmented dream life, where we are dependent on time and material form, are the future and the past a thought.

The glorious moment of eternal unity has no idea of ​​such awareness between the future and the past. The past is only what you thought it was, and the future is only what you think it could be.

Both are unreal.

Anything real can only be here, the glorious moment of now, in this moment, and then it is gone, and immediately a new moment is born.

Think of a glorious moment you had when you had no thoughts about the future or the past, such as those timeless moments during sex, or dancing, or fully engaging in a joyous and thoughtless “flow” type of activity. Yes, true miracles!

We have all had a peak experience, or we can say, peak moments, a glorious moment without any influence of regretting the past or predicting the future.

In this particular writing session, my goal was to be in the moment, to live in the moment that started at 5:30 a.m. and is now 7 a.m., an instant in reality where clock time doesn’t make sense.

Sure, there was some unpleasant and pleasant background interference first thing in the morning: a car with a faulty muffler, a neighborhood dog, birds in the park across the street singing, as the sun came up, but there was nothing. that could interfere. with my awareness of the present moment, or my mission at hand during the instant of real timewhich is non-time.

Only in these moments, when you are determined to see the ego for the nothing that it is, will you accept the Holy Spirit, your inner divine Guide, as the presence of your mind that exists only in the glorious moment of now.

When an impure thought assails you, at that moment ask the Holy Spirit to replace it with a pure and righteous mentality. He will never stop handing this over to you as a sacred moment.
